Bonnie, who has been coaching for 3 years, focuses on helping women become stronger, fitter, and more confident, both in and out of the gym. She has a passion for music, dogs, and nature.

Stu, with 5 years of coaching experience, works with men of all ages who are looking to feel, perform, and look their best. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter Izzy, playing on the PS5, and discovering new hip-hop music.
