With a background in Kinesiology and a passion for fitness, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Sarah holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science and has certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Nutrition, and Functional Movement Screening. Sarahs goal is to help athletes of all levels achieve their goals and excel in their sport.
