A flamenco figure from the 1950s and a founding member, Vera was also a dedicated journalist for flamenco publications like Flamenco News and Flamenco International. Her lifelong commitment earned her a life membership from the club. In her honour, they held a homenaje concert, reflecting on her massive impact.
