Kate Carrott, the founder of Peace Pilates, is a Level 3 QCF qualified Pilates teacher who has also received training from leading pregnancy and postnatal fitness experts. With a firsthand understanding of the changes the body undergoes during and after pregnancy, Kate is passionate about the benefits of Pilates for expectant and new moms. As a mother herself, she believes that prioritising self-care through Pilates contributes to a stronger, more balanced body and a happier family.
In addition to her work with pregnancy and postnatal clients, Kate also offers Pilates sessions that focus on preparing for skiing and snowboarding. These programmes help individuals achieve fitness, balance, and strength to maximise their performance on the slopes.
