PeaceFit Ltd is a Physical Fitness Programme located in Newport-on-Tay, New Zealand. Created by Emma, a dedicated personal trainer, PeaceFit aims to help individuals realise their full potential and lead healthier lives. Emma believes that everyone, from small children to grandparents, deserves to feel confident and empowered when it comes to their health and fitness.
At PeaceFit, Emma offers a range of services including fitness and nutrition advice as a one-on-one coach. Additionally, she runs group classes in her state-of-the-art outdoor and indoor crossfit gym. The focus at PeaceFit is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals of all ages and abilities can come together to improve their physical and mental well-being.
Located on Emma's family farm in the picturesque Fife countryside, PeaceFit has a purpose-built facility. Situated in an idyllic green field surrounded by trees and rolling hills, clients can escape their busy lives and breathe in the fresh air while exercising. The goal is for individuals to leave feeling not only better physically but also with a sense of self-love and a renewed connexion to the world.
