PD Fitness, founded by Paul Drake, has been a cornerstone of the Tetbury fitness community for 16 years. With an additional location in Malmesbury, Paul aims to create a space where everyone is welcome, no matter their fitness level or goals.
The gym is well-equipped with a Cardiovascular Suite, a Powerhouse Free Weights Suite, and a Resistance & Toning Room. Functional training areas ensure that members have diverse training options. Paul also provides a dedicated studio and consultation/sports therapy room to offer a holistic range of services.
Fitness classes at PD Fitness cater to all interests and abilities. The timetable includes Body Blitz, Body Conditioning, Bootcamp & Circuits, HIIT, Spinning, Kettlebells, Pilates, Running Club, Young at Heart, and Yoga with Azime. All sessions are led by experienced instructors who motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals.
Paul’s team offers personal training, health assessments, nutritional advice, sports massage, and injury rehabilitation. They cater to special populations, ensuring that pre and post-natal women, individuals with health conditions, and the elderly are supported.
