Pleased to offer a range of training programs for hockey players of different ages and skill levels. From on-ice skills training to off-ice conditioning, Pavel's Hockey Training is dedicated to helping players improve their game in a fun and supportive environment.
Our spring select teams tournaments offer players born between 2015 to 2018 the opportunity to compete and showcase their skills. Off-ice training sessions focus on improving speed, endurance, agility, and strength for players born between 2011 to 2018. With experienced coaches and tailored training programs, players can expect to see significant improvements in their overall performance on the ice.
At Pavel's Hockey Training, players participate in small area battle stations, 1 on 1, 2 on 2, and 3 on 3 games to enhance their skills and competitive edge. With a focus on maximum ice time and high repetitions, players can develop their skating, puck control, shooting, and coordination abilities.
Founder Pavel Shtefan has a wealth of experience in playing hockey both in Europe and North America. With a deep understanding of the game and the training required for success, Pavel is committed to helping young players reach their full potential on and off the ice.
