Looking for a spot to sharpen your boxing skills and boost your fitness? Come and join Paul Rogers Boxing in Swindon, UK! Paul Rogers and his team of experienced volunteer coaches welcome everyone, no matter your age or skill level.

There are classes tailored for all ages: Children's Boxing for ages 5-8 on Mondays from 18:00 to 18:45, Youth Boxing for ages 9-14 on Mondays from 19:00 to 20:00, and adults can join the Box for Health on Tuesdays or Beginners' Boxing Skills on Wednesdays from 18:00 to 19:00. For a general fitness session, try the Agility and Fitness for All class on Fridays from 11:00 to 12:00.

Paul Rogers Boxing is all about improving your boxing skills and overall wellbeing. They’ve got all the gear you need from punch bags to gloves, so you’re all set for a great training experience.

Membership is open to everyone and gives you access to expert coaching, personalised training plans, and a supportive community. Just pop by Unit 7 Bramble Close, Elgin Industrial Estate. They’re open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm, accepting both cash and card payments.
