Paul Davis Swimming is a renowned swimming school located in Plymouth. With a commitment to providing high-quality swimming lessons, the school prides itself on creating a fun, exciting, and memorable experience for all participants.
The preschool classes at Paul Davis Swimming are designed for children aged three and above, with some exceptions for confident younger children. The classes take place on weekdays between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm. Children who are comfortable in arm bands or other types of floats without parental support are encouraged to join. For those who require support, back floats and arm bands are provided.
The majority of preschool children start their lessons in September each year, coinciding with the start of the school year. Karen, the designated organiser for preschool lessons, can provide information on availability.
The school age classes cater to school-age children of all abilities, including nervous beginners, improvers, and competent swimmers looking to enhance their skills. Led by Kirsty and Emma, the after school lessons maintain the focus on fun while ensuring the delivery of good stroke technique. Unfortunately, adult lessons and one-on-one lessons are not currently available.
At Paul Davis Swimming, safety is a top priority. Water safety and survival skills are incorporated into the lessons to equip swimmers with the necessary knowledge and confidence to stay safe in the water.
