Launched on April 24th, 2012, by the esteemed Guru Smt. Vidya. S, the Pathanjali School of Dance is a sanctuary for those who cherish the divine art of Bharathanatyam. Inaugurated by the renowned Kalaimamani Smt. Charulatha Jayaraman, this vibrant institution celebrates the traditional Pandanallur style, breathing life into the timeless scripts, sculptures, and cultural heritage.
The school’s ethos is deeply rooted in the passion and dedication of Guru Vidya, who views Bharathanatyam as a spiritual journey, each performance a canvas painted with the dynamic strokes of nritta (action) and nritya (expression). With over a decade of nurturing talent, Pathanjali has proudly conducted numerous solo, dual, and group arangetrams, guiding students to new heights of artistic excellence.
