Parkside pool

Parkside Pool, located in West Pine Ridge, is a swimming facility that offers swimming lessons for all ages and levels. The pool is conveniently situated 20 minutes from Winnipeg on Provincial Road 206, just 4 kilometres North of the Birds Hill Provincial Park East Gate in the RM of Springfield, Manitoba.

Our instructors are all certified and have the necessary qualifications for lifeguarding and teaching. They provide private and semi-private swim classes that are tailored to optimize each individual's progress. At Parkside Pool, we believe that swimming is not only a valuable life skill but also a fun and great form of exercise.

The pool at Parkside Pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature between 82 and 84 degrees. It measures 20ft by 50ft, with a shallow end of 3ft and a deep end of 8ft. We provide tables and chairs for parents and siblings to comfortably watch the lessons while enjoying the facilities.

We offer a range of swim lessons, starting from mom and tot classes for children under 3 years old to adult stroke classes. Our preschool program is designed for children aged four months to six years old, focusing on developing swimming skills, fitness, and water safety knowledge through engaging games and activities. Our Swim for Life program caters to children aged five and older, helping them develop the five main swimming strokes, power strokes, and resting strokes to promote fitness and safety in the water.

In the event of cancelled or missed classes, we strive to accommodate by offering makeup classes or discounts.
