Join Parkour UK for the upcoming 1st4sport Level 1 Award in Coaching Parkour/Freerunning (QCF) event in Preston. This three-day course is a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into the practice and principles of Parkour and Freerunning.
The first day will be all about Parkour/Freerunning Practice and Principles, giving participants a solid foundation to build upon. Then, the second day will focus on Parkour Coaching, covering important topics such as Warm-up, Cool-Down, Group Management, Coaching Skills, Health and Safety, and more.
On the final day, participants will showcase their skills during the Assessment Day. This will include both Written and Practical Assessments to test their understanding and abilities. Led by experienced tutors, this course guarantees an immersive and hands-on experience in coaching Parkour and Freerunning.
