Children's classes run from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, followed by adult classes from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Additionally, classes are also conducted at the Lugarno Peakhurst Uniting Church on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Children's classes are held from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, followed by adult classes from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

For those unable to attend live classes, Parallax Taekwon-Do offers online classes via Zoom. These virtual classes provide a great workout and allow students to learn Taekwon-Do directly from Marc Fitzsimons, a VI Degree International Instructor.
