PalmerSport's Auto Racing club in Bedford is excited to announce their upcoming evening event at Bedford Autodrome. This is the perfect opportunity for corporate groups, private groups, and individuals to experience the thrill of auto racing in a fun and competitive atmosphere.
The Evening Programme will run from 4pm to 8.30pm, giving participants plenty of time to enjoy timed activities and showcase their racing skills. Trophies will be awarded to the best performers, so you'll have the chance to prove yourself on the track. After an exhilarating day of racing, a delicious barbecue and prize giving ceremony will take place at 8pm, allowing participants to unwind and celebrate their achievements.
To ensure a fantastic experience for all attendees, PalmerSport will provide a dedicated Event Co-ordinator who will assist you with any queries or concerns leading up to the event. On the day of the event, one of PalmerSport's experienced Team Leaders will be there to ensure that everything runs smoothly, allowing you to focus on enjoying the adrenaline-pumping action.
To keep your energy levels up throughout the day, PalmerSport will provide excellent catering options. You can start your day with a full English and continental breakfast, indulge in a table-served two-course lunch, and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea. Complimentary refreshments will be available at all Trackside Suites, ensuring you stay hydrated and fueled up for the races.
When it comes to attire, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing such as jeans, a t-shirt, jumper, and slim-fitting shoes. However, please note that shorts, high heels, wide, heavy-soled boots, or shoes are not permitted. Safety is a top priority, so you may be required to wear overalls or plimsolls if you arrive in prohibited attire. Helmets will be provided for all activities, but if you have your own race suit, gloves, or boots, feel free to bring them along. Personal helmets can only be worn in the single-seater vehicles.
PalmerSport aims to accommodate all guests, regardless of their height and weight. However, there are some guidelines in place, with a maximum weight limit of 18 stone (115KG) and a height range of 5' 6' 4'' (153 cm – 193 cm).
