Booking a game at Pacific Palms Tennis is quick and easy. Interested individuals can visit the website and click on the “Book A Court” button. Whether using a phone or a computer, the booking page is easily accessible. Once on the booking page, players can choose their preferred day and time to play.

After selecting the desired slot, the system will redirect users to a PayPal page for payment. It is important to note that a PayPal account is not necessary, as credit and debit card payments are accepted. Upon successful payment approval, players will receive a confirmation email from Pacific Palms Tennis to the provided email address.

When arriving at the tennis court, players can expect a seamless entry experience. At the exact time of their booking, the gate should open automatically. In the rare instance that the gate is not open, players can use the 7-digit code provided in the confirmation email on the keypad located on the clubhouse. It is essential to enter the code slowly and accurately to ensure a smooth entry.

If the code is correct, a green light will be displayed, granting access. The gate will remain open for the duration of the booking, and if necessary, an exit button is conveniently located inside the court. For evening bookings, the lights will automatically turn on and off.

The cost for casual tennis at Pacific Palms Tennis is $20 per court per hour during the day and $24 per court per hour with lights at night. Additionally, weekly events are organised exclusively for Tennis Club members. These events include Mixed Doubles Social Tennis on Monday, Men's Social Doubles Tennis on Tuesday and Friday, Ladies' Social Doubles Tennis on Wednesday and Sunday, and Mixed 3-set Doubles Social Tennis on Thursday and Saturday.

Pacific Palms Tennis is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The facility collects relevant information solely for the purpose of addressing bookings and providing billing receipts. Personal information is never sold, traded, or rented out to others. Payments are processed through PayPal, ensuring secure transactions.

PayPal accepts various credit and debit cards, and customers are not required to have a PayPal account. In case of unauthorised credit card use, customers must promptly notify their credit card provider according to their reporting rules and procedures.

In terms of cancellations, players must provide at least 1-hour notice prior to their booking time to receive a full refund. The refund request can be made by contacting Sonya at 0419 432 263 or via email. Refunds due to bad weather are also available. If rain affects the game and play has not started, a full refund will be issued if the facility is notified within the booking time.

If play has started and less than 50% of the booking time is impacted by rain, a 50% refund will be provided. No refund will be given if more than 75% of the booking time has been played.
