As an independent local gym, Pacific Gym prides itself on its 130m2 facility located in the heart of Lincoln, right opposite Morrisons supermarket. The gym specialises in powerlifting, weight training, and general fitness. In addition to its main gym area, Pacific Gym also offers a separate ladies-only section. This area provides a peaceful and private atmosphere for female members to pursue their fitness goals. The ladies-only area is equipped with a variety of equipment, including a squat rack, adjustable bench, bench press, deadlift area, dumbbells, cardio machines, and more.
The gym boasts a wide range of high-quality strength equipment, including Hammer Strength and Life Fitness machines, a specially customised 750 kg power cage approved by Eddie Hall, two squat racks, a hack squat machine, and dedicated deadlift platforms. Free weight plates ranging from 2 kg to 55 kg, suspension TRX training, and a variety of cardio machines, such as treadmills, bikes, steppers, cross trainers, and concept 2 rowers, are also available.
For personalised training, Pacific Gym offers the expertise of experienced trainers. Dave Johnson, a Level 3 Personal Trainer who competes in strongman events in the UK, and Mark Robinson, a Level 3 Personal Trainer who competes in weightlifting, are available for one-on-one sessions at a rate of 30 per hour.
