We offer bootcamp classes six days a week, including activities such as cardio, strength training, conditioning, boxing, yoga, HIIT, and more. The best part is, there's no need to book in advance. As a member, you can simply turn up to any session that suits your schedule.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we keep our memberships super flexible.

Speaking of memberships, we have options to suit everyone's needs. You can choose from one session a week, two sessions a week, or go for unlimited sessions. Our memberships also give you access to regular social events, such as extra runs, challenges, ocean swims, and even the occasional post-workout beer. Additionally, we offer virtual bootcamp classes for those times when you can't make it to the beach.
