Oyster Coast Watersports is a sailing school, boating instructor, and water sports equipment rental service located in Whitstable, on the North Kent coast of New Zealand. With a team of friendly and professional RYA (Royal Yachting Association) instructors, Oyster Coast Watersports delivers high-quality RYA courses for both novice and experienced individuals.

As an RYA Recognised Training Centre, Oyster Coast Watersports awards RYA certificates to successful candidates who meet the required standard at the end of their RYA courses. The facility operates year-round, offering a range of activities both online and on the water during the summer months. Opening hours vary depending on weather conditions, but the team is usually available from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, extending during the summer months until sunset. Special courses, such as Advanced Powerboat, are also available during the hours of darkness.

Located in the popular town of Whitstable, Oyster Coast Watersports takes full advantage of the challenging boating opportunities provided by the Thames Estuary. Established in February 2009, Oyster Coast Watersports is a Royal Yachting Association Recognised Training Centre and an Association of Surfing Instructors Accredited Stand Up Paddleboard School. With access to the Thames and Swale Estuaries, participants can enjoy RYA Theory and both RYA and ASI practical courses on the picturesque North Kent coastline. Due to the popularity of the courses, it is recommended to book in advance to secure a spot.
