With a focus on perinatal and menopausal periods, I offer personalized training programs tailored to each individual client's goals, needs, and barriers. My approach is grounded in the belief that movement and exercise should bring joy and enhance overall health and well-being. I aim to help clients find a balance between physical strength and inner connection, allowing them to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.
I offer a range of services including personal training, corrective exercise, health and wellness coaching, as well as birth and postpartum doula support. Sessions can be held in West Vancouver, North Vancouver, at a local gym, in the comfort of the client's home, outdoors, or via virtual meetings.
