Caro's qualifications speak to her dedication and expertise in her field. She is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Fitness Instructor, 200-hr qualified yoga instructor (Yoga London), Corrective Exercise Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM), and Women's Fitness Specialist (NASM). Her extensive knowledge and training enable her to provide safe, effective, and tailored programmes for her clients.

Caroline's own health journey inspired her to help others overcome their obstacles and take control of their well-being. Struggling with knee pain and the effects of a busy desk job, she experienced physical and mental fatigue, stress, and anxiety. Determined to make a change, Caro sought the help of a corrective exercise specialist, who not only helped her resolve her knee problems but also educated her on the underlying causes. This newfound knowledge, coupled with regaining control of her health, propelled Caro on a path of self-discovery and empowerment.

After years of hard work and dedication, Caro pursued her passion and became a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer. She left her unfulfilling office job to fully commit to helping others on their health and wellness journeys. Caro's own transformation has given her a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges her clients face. She approaches her work with empathy, compassion, and a deep desire to empower others to own their physical and mental well-being.
