OVRLOAD Strength and Conditioning in Royston is redefining fitness. Mike, the director and coach with nearly 12 years in the field, founded OVRLOAD to bridge the gap between exercise and health. Armed with a Master's in Sport and Exercise Medicine and a BSc Honours in Sport Science, Mike brings extensive experience in Strength and Conditioning from his work in semi-professional rugby and higher education.

Alongside Mike, Kelly, a dedicated Level 3 Personal Trainer, left the corporate world to share her passion for fitness. Together, they're committed to making clients fitter, stronger, and more agile through personalised training sessions.
