Under the leadership of Jeff Webb, a former armed forces member with 25 years of fitness expertise, the club offers classes focused on building strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
Jeff Webb ensures sessions are effective and enjoyable, designed for all ages and capabilities. Whether you're training for a sport or just enjoy outdoor workouts, this is the club for you. Members benefit from a range of fitness challenges and events throughout the year, with support from expert instructors and a community of committed members.
Affiliated with Welsh Athletics, Outdoor Fitness Club enables you to race as part of their team or simply enjoy the training. Committed to sustainability, they are a proud carbon-neutral organisation.
Take part in classes at various locations such as Llandaff Playing Fields, Roath Recreation Ground, and Ynysangharad Park. Sessions cost £6 each, with membership options at £30 per month or £50 for couples. Special rates are available for military personnel, including free membership for full-time serving individuals and three months free for ex-military personnel.
