The gym itself is well-equipped with various training equipment, including monkey bars, ropes, tires, parallel bars, chin and dip machine, and a sledge, among others. With floodlights installed, classes can be conducted throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions.
The Personal Training sessions are held every Wednesday at 6:15 PM. The cost is £7 per session, with a pay-as-you-go option. However, if you are already a personal training client or attending one of David Fairlamb Fitness' Bite Size group training sessions, the cost is reduced to £5.
It is important to complete a health questionnaire before attending your first session. This will enable the trainers to understand any injuries or health issues you may have and design custom workouts to suit your needs.
