


E.L. Fitness, the local Fitness club in Accrington, is excited to invite you to our outdoor exercise classes! We offer a unique and sociable way to exercise, combining strength and cardio exercises to keep your heart pumping and muscles challenged.
No matter your fitness level or ability, our 45-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions are suitable for everyone. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, getting back into shape, or looking to boost your overall fitness, our classes have got you covered.
We believe that exercise should be fun, no matter the weather. That's why we train outdoors in all weathers, bringing the elements into our workouts. Each class is designed to be unique, keeping things fresh and exciting.
But that's not all! We understand the challenges of being a parent, so we offer child-friendly classes where you can bring your little ones along. Emily, our fully qualified pre and postnatal instructor, is also available to assist pre and postnatal parents in getting back into exercise during those early days.
To participate in our outdoor classes, all you need are trainers and comfortable workout attire. Ladies, don't forget your supportive sports bra. Dress appropriately for the weather, as you're bound to heat up during the class. Don't forget to bring a water bottle, an exercise mat, and in winter, a head torch and gloves.

You can find us on Mondays at 6am, 9.45am, and 6.45pm; Tuesdays at 6am and 6.45pm; Wednesdays at 9.45am; Thursdays at 6am, 9.45am, and 6.45pm; Fridays at 6am and 6pm; and Saturdays at 7.30am.
Our Langley classes take place at Upton Court Park, Upton Road, Slough, SL3 7LU. Join us on Mondays at 6.15am; Tuesdays at 6.30pm; Thursdays at 6.30pm; and Fridays at 9.45am.
