With experience in both emergency care situations and clinical settings, Stephanie focuses on injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. She is also certified in sports concussion management and has years of experience working with athletes and the general population. Stephanie believes in educating her clients about the causes of injuries and helps them understand their bodies, using manual therapy and exercise prescription to facilitate a speedy return to physical activities.

Simon, on the other hand, discovered the benefits of exercise in 2017, leading him to become a dedicated fitness enthusiast. He has participated in national basketball competitions and volunteered at the Youth Games of the People's Republic of China. Simon's passion for fitness led him to become an OUIFIT instructor in 2021, where he continues to explore different fitness programs to help clients build strength, stay fit, and lose weight.

Further complementing the team is Yiwen, a licensed massage therapist specializing in Swedish massage. Graduating from the IKRA massage school, Yiwen takes pride in relieving her clients' muscle pain and stress through her professional skills and understanding of their individual needs.
