OTFA

The Orkney Trout Fishing Association (OTFA) is a non-profit-making voluntary organisation dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of game fishing in the Orkney Islands. The association plays a crucial role in protecting natural habitats and ensuring the future of Orkney's rich heritage in trout fishing.

One of the key initiatives of the OTFA is the operation of a hatchery, which uses local stock to provide for many of Orkney's less productive waters. This helps to maintain and support the trout populations in these areas.
