Origine Studio is a functional boxing studio located in L'Assomption, offering boxing training with a primary mission to democratize the learning and practice of the Noble Art, and promote its integration for optimal health lifestyle rather than competitive purposes. The group classes combine traditional Olympic Boxing training with advanced biomechanical Patterns techniques to provide the best in athletic training and biomechanical understanding, allowing you to develop and practice boxing safely and injury-free. Movement is highly valued here, with a culture of effort, intention of movement, and a focus on quality, intensity, and quantity in that order. This philosophy helps us cultivate sustainable results and guide our members towards mastering the art of efficient movement.

Our tribe consists of athletes of all levels, from recreational to serious, all eager to push themselves by learning how to move efficiently and gaining the confidence and technical skills offered by the martial art of boxing. Origine excels in combining the revolutionary Patterns training method with proven techniques of periodization and Olympic boxing teaching to strike a perfect balance. The Introduction to the basics of boxing builds strong foundations (ON-RAMP class), while Boxing Interval training (BOXE class) accumulates volume while enhancing muscle and cardiovascular fitness like a boxer. The technical and tactical development in Boxing (PADWORK class) refines practice, while Functional Corrective Biomechanics training in Patterns (FIX and EVO classes) strengthens posture, restores muscle tension balance, and enhances performance determinants.

Origine Studio's training programs are designed to be accessible to all individuals, with experienced coaches adjusting them to each person's current condition, both physically and technically. The boxing training provided is true to the sport, teaching the technical and tactical aspects of Olympic boxing through interval training, without sparring. Additionally, the studio offers pad work and competition preparation for those interested in more traditional boxing experiences.

For those interested in trying out the training at Origine Studio, a 2-for-1 trial package is available for the first visit at $25 plus applicable taxes. While the structure of EVO classes may resemble CrossFit, the exercises and biomechanics are different, with CrossFit drawing from weightlifting and gymnastics, and Patterns method focusing on functional movement patterns.
