Original Bootcamp - Terrigal

Over 20+ years has gone into the success of Original Bootcamp.   Our formula to create a military inspired Group Personal Training outdoor bootcamp environment has been proven with 1000s of recruits including our celebrity clients.

Our programmes for 4 weeks will start you off based on your capabilities, and we will work with you as will your fellow recruits to challenge you.

Recruits sign up for 12 sessions in a month.   3 times a week for 4 weeks.   Choosing either Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays or Tuesday, Thursday or Friday sessions.   (alternatively Recruits can request a special 5 day per week package).
