My passion for sport and fitness dates back to my childhood, where I played football and was involved in running. I represented the Isle of Wight in sprints and field hockey at the International Island Games and gained a 1st Class BA (Hons) degree in Sports Science from Brunel University. My own experiences with injury and training have fueled my desire to help others achieve their fitness goals, and I am constantly staying up-to-date with industry developments to provide you with the most effective sessions possible.
With over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I have worked with clients of all ages, nationalities, and backgrounds. From my early days as a fitness instructor to my later positions as a gym supervisor and manager, I have honed my skills as a personal trainer and developed a deep understanding of individual needs and goals.
