Qualifications: Raynor Massage Therapy Diploma KERRYN SCOTT PHYSIOTHERAPIST Kerryn completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2008 and has been working as a physiotherapist ever since. She has a special interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. Kerryn has experience working with athletes across various sports, including rugby, netball, and basketball. Her focus is on providing comprehensive assessments, designing tailored treatment plans, and implementing effective rehabilitation strategies to help her clients achieve their goals.
Kerryn is also passionate about injury prevention and helping individuals optimise their performance through education and training. Qualifications: BPhty Dry Needling Level 1 and 2 AARON WILLIAMS PHYSIOTHERAPIST Aaron is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist who completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013. He has a keen interest in sports medicine and has worked with athletes of all levels, from amateur to elite. Aaron believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation and injury prevention, utilising a range of techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and sports-specific rehabilitation.
He is committed to helping his clients reach their full potential and return to their chosen sport or activity in the best possible condition. Qualifications: BPhty Dry Needling Level 1 and 2 BIANCA MILLER PILATES INSTRUCTOR Bianca is a certified Pilates instructor who joined the Optimal Performance team in 2015. She has a background in dance and physical education, which sparked her interest in movement and rehabilitation. Bianca is passionate about helping her clients improve their strength, flexibility, and posture through Pilates.
She believes in tailoring each session to the individual's needs and goals, providing a supportive and challenging environment for optimal results. She has a background in dance and has trained in various movement disciplines, including yoga, pilates, and barre. Genna brings her passion for movement and her expertise to create engaging and effective classes at Optimal Performance.

JACOB GREEN BIKE FITTER Jacob is our resident bike fitter who joined Optimal Performance in 2019. He has a wealth of experience in the cycling industry, having worked as a mechanic and bike fitter for several years. Jacob is passionate about ensuring that each client's bike is fitted to their unique biomechanics and riding style.
He uses state-of-the-art technology and his expertise to optimise comfort, efficiency, and performance on the bike. Jacob also offers advice on bike selection and components, helping cyclists make informed decisions to enhance their riding experience.
