Open Water Swim – Beginners Series

Carbonear Triathlon is thrilled to announce the return of the Open Water Swim Series for Beginners in 2024. Kicking off on July 11th at Octagon Pond in Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador, this series is designed for athletes who are new to open water swimming and want to get a taste of the group experience.

This event offers six Wednesday evening swims/races for participants to get more comfortable and confident in the open water. It's a fantastic opportunity to work on your skills while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and supportive atmosphere. Whether you're training for a triathlon or simply looking to have fun in the water, this series is suitable for athletes of all levels.
