One Playground Surry Hills, our original gym established in 2014, is housed in a heritage building that exudes old-world charm. With three levels of fitness facilities, including a functional playground, a dedicated free weights zone, Olympic lifting platforms, and state-of-the-art cardio equipment, members have access to a wide range of equipment to suit their fitness needs. The gym also features open training spaces, allowing members to engage in various workout activities while feeling part of a vibrant community.
Our signature group-fitness studios are a highlight of the gym, with The Battleground studio offering high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength group-training sessions. The New York-loft-like MindBody studio is a serene space ideal for yoga, pilates, barre, dance classes, and more. With over 100 classes offered, members can choose from a diverse timetable that caters to all fitness levels and interests.
Our community is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where members can connect, motivate and support each other throughout their fitness journeys. Our staff is known for their kindness and care, ensuring that every member feels comfortable and accounted for.
One Playground Surry Hills is open 24 hours, providing flexibility for members to work out at their convenience. Our staffed hours are from 10am to 7pm on weekdays and 8am to 5pm on weekends. The gym also offers free wireless internet, allowing members to stay connected and track their progress seamlessly.
As we move forward with our rebrand to One Playground, we aim to go beyond just fitness and aesthetics. Our vision is to create an all-encompassing Playground for health and wellness, providing everything under one roof for an affordable membership. Members can expect bigger spaces, more equipment, studios, and classes. We will also focus on experiential design, ensuring that each gym space offers a unique and immersive experience.
