If you're looking to tone, shred, and sculpt your body, our fitness classes are the perfect fit. We offer Hot HIIT Pilates and Strength & Endurance classes that will challenge and transform you. These high-intensity workouts are led by our knowledgeable trainers who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
For those seeking mindfulness and relaxation, we offer Yin and Meditation classes. These sessions allow you to unwind, restore, and rejuvenate your mind and body. Our instructors create a calming atmosphere where you can find tranquilly and peace.
Founded by Adrian Manera and Amy Kreminski, one Degree Studio was created with a focus on wellness and mindfulness. Amy, with her extensive background in fitness and wellness, has been practising and teaching since the early 2000s. She opened Bikram Yoga Adelaide in 2004 and has since expanded to other locations. Adrian, a long-time practitioner of Yoga and Pilates, discovered his passion for Hot Pilates in 2015.
Together, Adrian and Amy identified the need for variety in exercise routines and established one Degree Studio.
At one Degree Studio, our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable, and open-minded community for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to practise and enjoy yoga. We believe that a regular practise can positively impact your life, and we are dedicated to sharing the knowledge and benefits we have experienced with our students.
