2. If you're comfortable sharing your practise with a partner, the Duet Pilates class is perfect for you. You can bring a family member, friend, or even another person from the studio, and still receive personalised attention from our instructors. This class is great for those who enjoy the motivation and support of working out with someone else.
3. Our Small Group class is designed for those who prefer a more intimate setting. With a maximum of 4 participants, you'll have the opportunity to work on your individual Pilates programme under the guidance of our instructors. This class ensures that your form and technique are correct, while still providing a supportive and encouraging environment.
4. If you prefer a more traditional group fitness class, we offer a variety of Pilates, yoga, and barre classes. These classes are suitable for individuals who are not recovering from an injury and do not require personal assistance. You'll still benefit from the expertise of our instructors and the energy of a group setting.
