OMAC Martial Arts (Meadowvale) offers Taekwondo training for kids, teens, and adults in Mississauga. The program focuses on confidence, leadership, bully-proof self-defense, and health and wellness through structured instruction by Masters and Instructors. Families can also choose an after school pick up program with Taekwondo training and homework help, plus seasonal in-person and virtual camps. It is also available for birthday parties led by OMAC Masters and Instructors.
