Jordan believes that success in fitness starts in the mind. At Olympus Fitness and Performance, the aim is to help everyone push their boundaries and reach their peak performance. Whether you’re just beginning or you're a seasoned athlete, you'll find the support you need from his dedicated team of trainers.

The gym's schedule offers a mix of classes that cater to different needs. From high-intensity interval training and functional fitness to yoga and pilates – there's something for everyone. With experienced trainers by your side to motivate and guide you, you’ll be in good hands.

A standout feature of Olympus Fitness is 24/7 access. Jordan knows how unpredictable life can be, and understands that you might not always make it during the regular hours. That’s why he’s made it possible to work out anytime using your FOB access.

Speaking of staffed hours, the friendly team is around to help during these times:
- Monday: 6am - 7am, 10am - 2pm
- Tuesday: 6am - 1pm, 4pm - 7pm
- Wednesday: 5:30am - 1:30pm
- Thursday: 10am - 2pm, 4pm - 7pm
- Friday: 5:30am - 2:30pm
- Saturday: 9am - 10am
- Sunday: 24/7 access only
- Public holidays: FOB access only (so make sure to ring and book an appointment if you need help during unstaffed hours).
