At Olympic Martial Arts, we offer a range of programs to suit every age and skill level. Our classes include Little Dragons for ages 3 to 6, Children's classes for ages 7 to 12, and Adult classes for ages 13 and up. We also specialize in Cardio-Kick BootCamp, the original program of its kind, which combines martial arts techniques with a high-intensity cardio workout.
