Olivia is a fully qualified and insured personal trainer, reformer pilates instructor, and pre/post-natal specialist. She also specialises in women's health and core strength training. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Olivia can help clients with a range of fitness goals, including weight loss, toning, improving fitness, strengthening core muscles, and assisting the body through pre and post-natal periods and menopause.
Whether it's through one-on-one personal training sessions or small group training, Olivia offers services that cater to different budgets and schedules. She has a personal studio but is also flexible to train clients outdoors, at their homes, or in their offices. Additionally, Olivia plans to introduce online training packages in the near future.
Olivia's working hours are from Monday to Friday, 6. 00AM to 8. 30PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8. 30AM to 12.

In terms of Olivia's background, she is a highly motivated individual who leads by example when it comes to fitness. Having competed at state and national levels in triathlons and distance running in Australia, Olivia has always had a strong passion for fitness. She also possesses extensive knowledge in various exercise and nutrition theories and techniques.
As a mum of two boys in her 40s, Olivia has developed a particular interest in working with pre and post-natal women as well as midlife women. She aims to help these women feel incredible, empowered, and look fabulous throughout their natal and menopause journeys. Olivia is skilled at identifying muscular and postural strengths and weaknesses in her clients, which allows her to design tailored exercise, lifestyle, and nutrition programmes that are effective, enjoyable, and personalised.
Olivia incorporates a variety of training methods and techniques in her sessions, ranging from HIIT/cross fit styles to pilates/yoga-based principles. She utilises equipment such as TRX suspension, kettlebells, resistance bands, wobble boards, stability balls, power plates, free weights, body weight exercises, and pilates reformers to create fun, effective, and varied workouts suitable for all fitness levels.
Prior to pursuing her passion for fitness, Olivia worked as a corporate lawyer at top-tier firms in Sydney and London for eight years. However, she made the decision to leave her career in law and dedicate herself to fitness full-time. Olivia is determined to help her clients be the best they can be.
