Their extensive training in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, meditation, and Chinese language has equipped them to lead a dedicated community of students in Penticton.
Classes at Okanagan Valley Wudang are structured to include stretching and basics training, forms training, and partner training. The school offers both adult and kids classes, with a focus on northern style Kung Fu for children aged 7-13.
