OG Yoga

OG Yoga brings trauma-informed, diversity-sensitive yoga to the San Diego community through an affordable yoga studio in Normal Heights and nonprofit partnerships. It is designed to re-establish the mind-body connection and support healing for people of all ages, body types, skin colors, and abilities. The program also serves youth, adults, and seniors with experiences including poverty, homelessness, incarceration, disability, disease, PTSD, and abuse, with classes offered in-person or virtually.
