Join the Academy of Off-Road Riding, a prominent Motocross club in Kiama, for an adrenaline-pumping off-road adventure! The Off Road Essentials Two-Day Course is designed specifically for riders aged 16 and above who are eager to enhance their off-road riding abilities. With a limited number of spots available, securing your place is crucial, so don't forget to complete the entry form provided below.
Throughout this comprehensive course, participants will develop fundamental dirt bike skills, including techniques such as standing, braking, weight distribution, and clutch, brake, and throttle control. Our seasoned coaches will also impart their wisdom on navigating various off-road obstacles, such as hills, logs, jumps, ruts, berms, and off-camber turns. Moreover, you'll gain valuable insights on essential topics like nutrition, hydration, trail necessities, and handling flat tires.
To participate, all individuals must sign an indemnity form and possess a Motorcycling Australia license. If you do not possess a license yet, fret not! Temporary M. A Recreational Activity Licenses can be obtained at the event for an extra fee of $40, which can be conveniently paid during the sign-on process.
The course will commence promptly at 8:00 am, where participants are required to complete the sign-in process, sign the indemnity form, and listen to a comprehensive briefing on the course outline. On the first day, course activities generally wrap up around [time], while day two concludes earlier.
