Obstacle Fun Sundays at B.FIRM Outdoor Activity Centre in Symonston are the perfect way to challenge yourself and have a great time with friends and family. This 1-hour session is designed to take you through our fun and exciting obstacles that can be trained on all year round. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced obstacle enthusiast, there's something for everyone.
During the session, you'll have the opportunity to tackle our dual lane obstacle and ninja racing loops. These will put your skills to the test and push you to your limits. We also have mud obstacles available for all levels and age groups, so everyone can join in on the fun.
Participating in Obstacle Sundays is not only a great way to have fun, but it also helps improve your body awareness, control, and balance through active play. Our focus is on building strength and learning proper technique through obstacle play. If you're up for the challenge, this is the place to be.
If you're worried about getting dirty, don't fret! We offer optional mud play and provide shower facilities for your convenience. Just make sure to bring a water bottle, towel, and a change of clothes to freshen up after the session. Safety is our top priority, so please remember to sign in on arrival and sign out at the end.
