Welcome to Oak Tree Yoga! Located in Reading, our studio offers a top-notch yoga experience that is sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated and inspired.

At Oak Tree Yoga, our mission is to help you discover the transformative power of yoga. Led by Sarah, a highly experienced yoga teacher with nearly 30 years of practise, we aim to bring the positive effects of yoga to your body and mind.

We believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their body, be strong yet flexible, and have confidence in their own skin. Our classes are designed to help you achieve these goals and more.

Sarah's teaching style is rooted in ancient philosophies but delivered in a modern and unpretentious way. She combines intelligent alignment techniques to create physical comfort and strength. With a background in Astanga and Anusara Yoga, her classes are flowing, dynamic, and accessible, offering a challenge while still being suitable for all levels.

In addition to physical postures, Sarah is also skilled in teaching breathwork for calm and well-being. She wants to improve your physical and mental health, as well as your spiritual well-being. Her ultimate goal is to help you find joy and fulfilment in your yoga practise, while also being pain-free and full of vitality.

At Oak Tree Yoga, we offer a variety of classes, workshops, and retreats to suit your needs. Our group classes cover various styles such as Vinyasa Slow Flow, Hatha Yoga, Yin-Yang Yoga, and Restorative Yoga. We also have specialised classes for special needs, as well as online classes for added convenience.

If you're looking for a more immersive yoga experience, join us on our yoga retreats in Hampshire, Sweden, or Menorca. These retreats offer a chance to deepen your practise, connect with like-minded individuals, and relax in beautiful surroundings.

As part of our commitment to your well-being, we also offer Thai Yoga Massage, a therapeutic practise that combines gentle stretching, rhythmic compression, and energy work to promote healing and relaxation.
