Dan here, just wanted to share a little update about what's happening at Oak Park Active Living Centre in Walsall. It’s a fantastic spot for anyone keen on fitness and relaxation, and we’ve got loads to keep you active and entertained.
The badminton court at Oak Park is spacious and well-maintained. Whether you’re into friendly matches or serious tournaments, it’s got you covered. Designed to international standards, players of all skill levels can enjoy a comfortable and professional setting.
Next to the badminton court is the Oak Park Coffee Shop. It's a welcoming spot to chill out with a hot cup of coffee or a tasty snack. They serve up speciality coffees, teas, and an array of freshly baked pastries and sandwiches – perfect for refuelling after a game or a tough workout.
For those keen to up their fitness game, the fully-equipped gym is a great shout. It’s packed with top-notch cardio and strength training gear. Plus, there are loads of fitness classes led by experienced instructors, catering to all fitness levels and interests.
Need to unwind after a workout? The luxurious sauna is the place to be. It’s designed for tranquillity and rejuvenation, offering a peaceful retreat to relax and de-stress.
Football fans, you’ll love the pristine football pitch. Whether you’re practising skills or diving into a competitive match, it’s an excellent spot, with plenty of room for spectators to enjoy the action too.
