O Haeng Taekwon-Do Hakwon

O Haeng Taekwon-Do Hakwon trains Taekwon-Do in Auckland, with classes at 19 Bailey Road, Mount Wellington. Rooted in traditional Taekwon-Do and using the Five Elements approach, the club builds strength, discipline, and resilience through patterns, full-range striking, and practical combat applications. Suiting beginners to experienced martial artists, sessions also run for children, with training covering both sport elements like controlled sparring and self-defence focused drills and step-sparring.
