Conveniently located just a 9-minute drive from Worcester Town centre, our gym is easily accessible for residents and commuters in Worcester, Barbourne, Northwick, and Merriman Hill. We offer free parking for our members, making it even more convenient to visit us.

Our opening times are designed to accommodate your busy schedule. We are open Monday to Thursday from 06:30 to 22:00, Fridays from 06:30 to 21:00, and weekends from 08:00 to 20:00. We also have off-peak hours on weekdays from 06:30 to 15:30 and anytime on weekends. On bank holidays, our opening hours are from 08:00 to 20:00.
