N Pilates London is a Pilates studio located in London, founded by Natasha in January 2022. Natasha is a passionate Pilates instructor who is dedicated to helping clients reach their goals, whether it be improving overall strength and flexibility, recovering from injuries, or preparing for a smooth birth. With a focus on alignment and centring, Pilates at N Pilates London is a movement revolution designed to strengthen clients from the inside out.
Natasha holds a Level 3 Matwork qualification with Body Control Pilates, obtained in 2014, and completed her Intermediate Certification in 2016. After experiencing the incredible benefits of Pilates during her own pregnancy in 2019, she also trained in Pre & Postnatal Pilates to provide specialised classes for expectant and new mothers.
Having taught Pilates in corporate settings alongside her office job for nearly a decade, Natasha founded N Pilates London to share her love of mindful movement with a wider community. The studio offers classes for beginners, intermediates, prenatal, and postnatal clients, creating a friendly and welcoming environment where clients can enjoy their Pilates practise.
The class schedule at N Pilates London is diverse and caters to clients of all levels. Group classes are available and suitable for everyone from beginners to seasoned Pilates enthusiasts. The exercises in group classes are modified to suit individual levels and specific needs. The Breathe & Flow class is a gentle yet effective session that focuses on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and building strength.
This class is ideal for those who are new or returning to Pilates, as well as expectant mothers. It encourages clients to tune into their bodies, leaving them feeling calm, connected, and strong.
The Mixed Level class offers full-body strengthening and stretching exercises suitable for all levels. Alternatives are provided to make exercises more or less challenging based on individual preferences, allowing clients to pick their pace and enjoy the benefits of a regular Pilates practise.
In addition to group classes, N Pilates London also offers personalised 1:1 sessions and private group sessions. These sessions can be arranged by emailing the studio for more information.
