We are dedicated to instilling a lifelong appreciation for movement, exercise, and sport in children while teaching them the values of dedication and hard work. Our academy offers a wide range of classes suited to all abilities, providing a safe, progressive, and inspiring environment for our students.
Gymnastics is an excellent foundation for any type of sport or exercise, as it helps participants develop balance, coordination, flexibility, speed, power, endurance, and mental skills. By engaging in gymnastics activities, children become well-balanced, fit, healthy, and happy individuals who are ready to face life's challenges.
At Notts Gymnastics Academy, we offer four disciplines: Women's Artistic, Men's Artistic, Gymnastics For All, and Pre-School. Our fully qualified and experienced coaches provide participation and enjoyment in a wide range of gymnastics activities. In addition, we have Elite Squads that offer focused training for our most promising gymnasts, with individualised progress monitoring and tailored training.

We recognise that success comes from the hard work, dedication, and passion of our athletes and coaches, along with the continued support of parents and a firm belief that anything is possible.
In our Pre-School programme, we believe that gymnastics opens many doors. The broad range of skills developed in gymnastics serves as an excellent foundation for any type of sport or exercise. Moreover, the mental skills taught in gymnastics can be used to succeed throughout life. Our Gymnastics For All programme offers movement sessions for babies, toddlers, and children with and without their parents, providing an introduction to gymnastics through play.
Children will learn various skills like swinging on a bar, hanging on rings, rolling, bouncing on a trampoline, using a springboard, and walking on a beam. These activities improve balance, coordination, physical development, and social interaction. We aim to increase self-confidence, encourage trying new things, and help children achieve their goals. Children also work towards proficiency pre-school badges.
