Was to become a black belt and teach others. Little did I know that Tae Kwon Do would become such a big part of my life. Now, with over 20 years of experience, I am proud to be one of the highest graded instructors in the country.
At Northwich Tae Kwon Do, we offer classes for both adults and children. Tae Kwon Do is the Korean martial art of self-defence, similar to karate and kickboxing. It is a great way to improve fitness and flexibility while learning practical self-defence techniques. And most importantly, it is a fun and exciting way to stay active.
Our children's programme is designed to teach core values such as discipline and respect, both for themselves and others. We believe that martial arts can be a powerful tool in helping young individuals develop confidence and character.
Classes are available three times a week at our Northwich and Stockport schools. In Northwich, we are located at the Northwich Youth Centre on Winnington Lane, opposite Victoria Infirmary. Our classes there include a junior class for children aged 5 and above from 5:00 to 6:00pm, and a mixed age class for adults and children aged 8 and above from 6:15 to 7:45pm.
In Stockport, our classes are held at St Philips Primary School on Half Moon Lane in Offerton. We have a mixed age class for adults and children aged 7 and above on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00 to 8:00pm.
We welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level or previous experience. Whether you are looking to build strength, improve coordination, or gain self-confidence, Tae Kwon Do has something to offer you. So why not book your first lesson with us today?
