If NWST Centre experiences technical issues on the day of your booking, NWST will endeavour to contact you prior to your booking time to provide an update on the status of the court. NWST reserves the right to close courts during extreme weather conditions to ensure the safety of all players. If a booking is cancelled due to weather conditions, hirers will be notified as soon as possible and provided with options for rescheduling or refunds.
